Red Wing and Town of Rhinebeck agree on new dates for filings

Lawyers for Red Wing and the Town of Rhinebeck filed a Stipulation on July 23, 2026 in the matter of Red Wing’s petition to the Court. They agreed that the court date is to be adjourned from July 31, 2026 to September 29, 2026.

They also agreed that Rhinebeck will provide an answer on or before September 15, 2026 and that Red Wing will serve its reply papers on or before September 28, 2026.
